Payment systems are experiencing an outage outside of our control.
10/20/2025: As of 1:45 pm ET, the AWS outage continues to impact several Kickfin features. The Toast integration currently is not working as their database is unavailable for Kickfin to pull data from. Customers still can manually calculate tip-outs and process payouts through our standard or spreadsheet payment options.
Additionally, some users may experience intermittent issues either adding or updating their debit card on their accounts. Please reattempt if you experience an issue.
Some users may also experience slight delays in receiving their payout once the payment is issued. This is only affecting a small number of the payments processed. We are automatically reattempting the payments. No further action is needed by customers.
Text messaging may be delayed on some networks.
